1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Advertentie24 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Advertentie24 provides an online marketplace connecting fence space owners with advertisers for outdoor advertising opportunities. Our platform facilitates the listing, discovery, booking, and management of advertising spaces.

3. User Accounts

3.1. You must create an account to use certain features of our Service.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.4. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Advertentie24, you agree to:

Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices
Respect the intellectual property rights of others
Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
Not attempt to circumvent the platform for direct transactions

5. Space Owners

5.1. Space owners must have legal authority to list advertising spaces.

5.2. All space descriptions must be accurate and up-to-date.

5.3. Space owners are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and permissions.

5.4. Advertentie24 charges a commission on successful bookings as detailed in your subscription plan.

6. Advertisers

6.1. Advertisers must ensure their content complies with local advertising standards.

6.2. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal products/services, hate speech, adult content, misleading claims.

6.3. Advertisers are responsible for the design, production, and installation of advertising materials.

6.4. Payment must be made according to the agreed terms before campaign commencement.

7. Payments and Fees

7.1. All payments are processed securely through our platform.

7.2. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.

7.3. Transaction fees apply as specified in your subscription tier.

7.4. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1. Bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days before the campaign start date for a full refund.

8.2. Cancellations between 7-14 days receive a 50% refund.

8.3. No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before campaign start.

8.4. Force majeure events may qualify for exceptions at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Advertentie24 platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Advertentie24 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Advertentie24 a license to use it for platform operations.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

Advertentie24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Advertentie24 in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advertentie24, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
